Lettuce in your garden.

Lettuce, Greens, Salads are a great way to start off the new fresh vegetable season.
No fuss, just pick and eat and get those fresh nutrients.

Love those greens
What is a salad?

Fresh, uncooked greens. That's it. Well maybe a little salt.
Salad comes from the Latin word, herba salata or "salted green"
The fresher the green, the less other stuff that needs to be added to make a salad.
There are many benefits of fresh greens.
Easy to grow, quick to produce, no fuss, no spraying, just pick and rinse and eat,
many varieties, taste great, good for you with lots of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and
many micro-nutrients that help to prevent disease.

"EAT YOUR LEAFY GREENS"

The best part in making a salad is there are no rules. Just create what you like or have on hand
or what is growing out in the garden.

Lettuce and onions are the first to be picked.
